With the support of the State of Israel, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and the Municipality of Be'er-Sheva have entered into a public-private partnership with KUD International LLC to develop the Advanced Technologies Park.
KUD International LLC is the master developer of the project. A subsidiary of Japan-based Kajima Corporation — one of the world’s largest development and construction firms — KUD International has broad resources and deep experience in developing complex projects with significant regional impact in the United States, Europe and Japan.
The Advanced Technologies Park is located in Be'er-Sheva, approximately 75 minutes by car or train from Tel-Aviv, 90 minutes from Jerusalem and Haifa.
The park will be located immediately adjacent to Ben-Gurion University’s main campus, and contains 19 acres (77 dunam) of buildable land, with a master plan for over two million square feet of lab-office space complemented by first-class retail.
In addition, the mission of the Advanced Technologies Park will be enhanced by:
- The Israel Defense Forces’ development of 2.0 million square feet for a telecommunications center.
- And the development of an international-standard conference center and a 200+ room guest facility.
- Strong support from the State in the form of grants, tax relief and incentive packages.
The Advanced Technologies Park offers significant opportunity to prospective investors and tenants who want to tap into the very strong base of intellectual capital at the heart of the success of Israel’s tremendous hi-tech boom and Ben-Gurion University’s rise as one of the most outstanding and respected academic institutions in the world.
